How we use it
- To understand your brief, prepare an estimate and reply to your enquiry.
- To plan production and maintain records of our communication.
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.
- To measure which campaigns produce genuine enquiries.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your contact information. We may share only the information needed with hosting, email, payment or production service providers that help us deliver the requested service.
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally removed within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Contract, transaction or dispute records may be kept for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business recordkeeping. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact channel used for your enquiry.
Cookies and advertising
This launch preview does not activate behavioural advertising tracking. If Meta Pixel or similar analytics are enabled later, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before tracking begins.
Your content
Do not submit confidential materials in the first enquiry. Product files and working assets will be handled under the written project scope after we confirm the engagement.
