Refund Policy

If you cancel before creative or production work begins, we will normally refund the amount received, less any non-recoverable payment processing or third-party fees disclosed to you.

Once research, scripting, design, editing, generation or production has started, the completed work and reserved production time are chargeable. Any refund is limited to the unused portion of the agreed scope.

Delivery of a storyboard, draft or watermarked preview means that milestone has been performed. We will complete included revisions, but completed milestone fees are normally non-refundable unless we materially fail to deliver the written scope.

After final files are delivered or approved, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified technical defect cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.

Contact us within seven days of the issue and include your quote or project reference, the problem and the remedy you are requesting. We will review the written scope, work completed and third-party costs before responding.

Please contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback after receiving agreed work may delay delivery and access to project files while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
