These launch terms describe the basic rules for requesting and purchasing creative production services from Dahu Studio.
Draft for launch review. The legal business name, registered address and support contact will be inserted before online payment is enabled.
Quotes and project scope
Website prices are planning estimates, not binding offers. Before payment, we provide a written scope covering deliverables, runtime, formats, revision rounds, timeline and price. Work begins only after the required assets, scope and initial payment are confirmed.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate instructions and timely, consolidated feedback.
- Confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, video, music, product claim and other asset you supply.
- Do not request unlawful, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit or harmful content.
- Review product claims, translations and legal requirements for your target market.
Revisions and changes
An included revision adjusts the agreed creative direction. New concepts, new source materials, major script changes, additional formats or changes after approval may require a revised price and timeline.
Intellectual property
Usage rights for final approved deliverables are defined in the written scope and take effect after full payment. Editable project files, fonts, stock assets, music and third-party licenses are included only when stated. Portfolio use and confidentiality requirements should be agreed in writing before production.
Delivery and acceptance
Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and asset delivery. Please report a material technical defect promptly so we can correct it. Platform performance, advertising results and sales outcomes are not guaranteed.
Payments and disputes
Payment terms, taxes and currency conversion are shown in the written quote or checkout. PayPal Business checkout is not active in this preview. Governing law, business entity details and dispute contact will be finalized before payments are accepted.
