Premiere brings generative video and sound directly into the timeline
Adobe is bringing video, sound-effect, soundscape and music generation into the Premiere timeline, with a choice of Firefly and partner models.

Adobe announced the Generative Media Tool for Premiere on September 8. Editors can generate video and audio inside the timeline instead of moving draft assets between separate tools.
The workflow covers generated video, sound effects, soundscapes and music. For video, creators can choose Adobe Firefly or partner models including Google Veo, Kling, Runway and Luma.
For commercial production teams, the practical gain is faster iteration on missing shots, transitions and audio sketches. Generated assets still need rights, brand and accuracy review before delivery.
